New Automated Attendent on Hall Phone Service

We have recently changed how our phones ring at the hall. Instead of ringing through our 4 lines until the call is answered and then going to a generic mailbox, the line will ring once and then go to a prompt system. You will be asked to press number 1-4 depending on who you are trying to reach or hold the line if the person you are trying to reach isn't listed or you aren't sure who you need to speak with. This will allow our messages to be routed to the proper mailbox and will email us the message. This will allow us to return important calls and get messages even when we are away from the hall. This is just another way we are trying to better serve our membership.
